When A Hard Place Is The Right Place
Trust Through it all
Isaiah 43:2 NIV, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”
Have you ever found yourself in a very hard place in life, where you must endure difficulties that are beyond your control? You can’t change things, or take short cuts. There is no way out, all you can do is go through. You must keep persevering and trust God to sustain you. You must rely on Him to supply you with what you need along the way.
Even though there are things you just don’t understand, remember God is with you as you go through the deep waters, rushing rivers, and raging fires. He has you exactly where you are supposed to be. It’s a…

Standard Ways
The way he looked at her it was obvious he was in love with her. They served in the same unit in church. This seemed to make all perfect or falling into place perfectly. She was the reserved type and would rarely talk but she was keen on people no keen on a relationship but if a good man comes her way she was open to mingle and since they are both in church, …it will be godly .
He finally spoke to her as opportunity presented itself as she wasn’t approach in some way. Once service is over, she was gone. She never stayed back for greeting ministry so this day was really unique. They spoke and exchanged contacts; the start of something beautiful friendship
She began staying back after services. They visited each others place and some what an am emotional relations was brewing. Soon they were kissing but put a notice on no sex; some boundaries should not be crossed but how real was that. It moved to touching and right from there to church.
Her conscience was getting into so much unrest though being around him felt good as it kept other ladies away and made her feel special but not in God’s side. On day she comes to church and dressed well but the comment she got from him was so seductive and lets call it immoral. She knew it was time to begin praying for a way out while asking God for forgiveness for the compromise. Whatever it was they had finally ended.
Lesson: The only standard by which we judge our lives and walk with God is His Word and not men’s standard. His ways are High ways and He will never bring it down for any of us. May we take advantage of grace to live for HIM
