True Colors

quote 2

There is more to life than faking of reality

Hahaha lol No… I am not about to provide you with the lyrics of one of your favorite love song in the 80’s “true color”. We all want a good life, a stress free one, which is very essential in the busy and chaotic world we live in. Did you think that it’s only for the bad that these pressures or challenges you are facing are set out for? Well I use to think so too but now I am having a change of perspective.

Don’t run from tests and hardships, brothers and sisters. As difficult as they are, you will ultimately find joy in them; if you embrace them, your faith will blossom under pressure and teach you true patience as you endure. And true patience brought on by endurance will equip you to complete the long journey and cross the finish line—mature, complete, and wanting nothing (James 1:2-4 Voice)

quote 1

Self deceit is the worse of them all

Did you try to find out what the situation is working in you or for you? It’s never wasted you know especially when you know your live is in His hands. I am not saying wallow in hardships and pressures but I think you should let it work out the perfecting of your “True Colors”. Let it make you get to know you and how well to work better on yourself so as to be everything you are called out to be.( E.g. a few arguments thought me that I had to develop a good listening ear than a wrangling tongue and stop my outburst; it’s still a process but the good thing is I know where I need to work) What has your situation thought you or  is teaching you?

To worry is human. We would prefer that our plans pan out perfectly with no hitches. We wish that all our endeavors paid off with success. We would have loved it if life were a bed of roses…without thorns. But reality isn’t as perfect as fantasy. The harsher the reality, the more we tend to worry.

Trust For Audible Answers

I opened by hand bag (nothing fancy but lovely) and right there, I discovered I am almost out on my “Chance” pocket perfume. I love a good scent. So now i’m going through my purpose to see if i should buy it now or just hang on for a few days. I tell myself; “It is well”

Days ahead we had gone out for our company party and out of the bloom we had to get into strange sporting activity for ladies (Catwalk). How unexpected is that? And yes winners go back with gifts. So i’m looking forward to it. I use the best God gave me and came out winner. Next day back at work everyone is asking if i got my git and what it was and older employees made me know that it will be a phone ( possibly iPhone)

I got what my heart asked and i needed

I am expectant and above all celebrating God I won something. The parcel comes and guess what it’s a whole box (perfume and deodorant) How precise can our loving Father get. God searched in my life even to little details as a spray and answered my silent heart prayer audibly, telling me He heard what i asked for without asking out loud ( God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! Eph 3:20)

God is ready to provide for you, He cares even for the minutest things about your life. Do not limit God in your life. His faithfulness you can count on. Much love 🙂

7 Things That Tick God Off

We were created to show off His praise. Are we doing that? It is amazing to be at peace with someone we love so let us check God’s list and make some adjustments for our good.(Prov 6:16-19)

There are six things the Lord hates—no, seven things he detests:

*Eyes that are arrogant (eyes that look down on others; haughty eyes)

*A tongue that lies (Lying tongue)

*Hands that murder (shed, kill) the innocent,

*A heart that hatches (conceives) evil plots,

*Feet that race down a wicked track (to do wrong),

*A mouth that lies under oath (a false witness that breathes lies),

*A troublemaker in the family (a person who sows discord in a family)

Prayer: Father empower us to lead a life that gives you Glory. Amen.

Vision Vs Profession

Bishop David Abioye's Podcast

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROFESSION & VISION

What you learn is what becomes your profession but what you discover is what becomes your vision.
Profession is the work of your hand by which you earn a living but vision is the dream of your heart that secures for you, fulfillment.
Profession brings your way prosperity but vision takes you into posterity.
You can retire from the practice of your profession but you cannot stop the pursuit of your vision.
What remains of you after retirement from your profession is your vision.
What remain of you after retirement from your profession is your vision.
Vision will always stretch beyond profession.
Your profession is in your head but your vision is in your heart

Lord have mercy on Cameroon

Pray for the peace of the Country you are in for in its prosperity is yours.

Truth Heals Me

A Prayer for my country Cameroon

Lord I stand before you like your servant Abraham did, I stand in the name of Jesus, my righteousness. Please do not pass me by oh Lord, please do not pass my country Cameroon by. Lord I repent on behalf of my people, I repent for the sin of idolatry oh God, we have gone our own way and we have become lovers of ourselves, we have esteemed ourselves higher than you Lord. In self pride we have believed in our own abilities and built our country on our academics and politics. Father we have rejected your ways and mocked those who serve you in Cameroon. Father we have served so many other gods in our nation and deserve your wrath but I ask for your mercy today for Cameroon through Christ Jesus who died to wash away our sins.

Lord you are a…
